Jack E. Klass is a retired District Court Judge in North Carolina, and was licensed to practice law here in 1956. He is certified as a mediator by the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts and as an approved arbitrator in the 22B Judicial District of North Carolina. His experience as a District Court Judge handling civil and criminal matters in all areas of the law gives him an excellent standing as a mediator of choice. He has handled mediation and arbitration matters in most areas of civil practice and is available for alternative dispute resolution matters pending in any county in North Carolina.
Robert Bruce “R. B.” Smith, Jr.
R. B. Smith has been in practice in North Carolina since 1964. He is a certified mediator by the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts and as an arbitrator in the 22B Judicial District of North Carolina. He has served as the city attorney of Lexington for over 30 years. His practice areas of concentration include residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and administration, corporate and business litigation, municipal law, and construction law.
