Lexington, NC – Brinkley Walser attorney Charles McGirt will be inducted into the North Carolina Bar Association’s General Practice Hall of Fame for 2012 on June 21st at the NCBA Annual Meeting in Wilmington.
“It is an honor to be accepted into the 2012 induction class for the Hall of Fame,” says McGirt. “I have practiced in this community for more than 50 years, and made many friends. A number of individuals and business associates were kind enough to submit letters of recommendation to the Bar as part of the nomination process. It pleases me to know that I have helped so many of these people through the years.” McGirt’s practice areas include Banking Law, Business and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate of Estates, Wills, Trusts, and Condemnations.
“The theme at this year’s Bar meeting is ‘Serving Together to Meet the Need’,” says David Inabinett, Managing Member of Brinkley Walser. “Charlie certainly meets this ideal. His devotion to his family, friends, clients, church, community and to the practice of law have earned him the respect of so many in the Triad area. There was a consistent theme in the letters recommending Charlie for the Hall of Fame—and it revolved around his genuine caring and concern for others and his ability to provide sound counsel. We will be happy to see Charlie inducted on June 21st.”
